Fit Out & Procurement Manager

As a Fit-Out & Procurement Manager at Orex Coliving Spaces Pvt. Ltd. (Union Living), you will play a crucial role in leading property fit-out projects and procurement operations across the company's portfolio. Your expertise in AutoCAD, vendor management, and project execution will ensure that all properties are completed on time, within budget, and ready for launch. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review AutoCAD layouts in line with company SOPs and brand standards. - Manage fit-out execution across multiple properties from initiation to handover. - Oversee vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, purchase documentation, and GRN processes. - Maintain fit-out and procurement data records, ensuring accuracy for audits and reporting. - Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. - Report to senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and finance teams. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in fit-out management, procurement, or project execution. - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawings, and site coordination. - Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and procurement processes. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple property projects simultaneously.
