About the Role:

Technical Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software, hardware, or networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features, installations, and configurations.
  • Document all interactions and solutions provided in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and effective follow-up on escalated issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Education:

    • B.E., B.Tech

      , or

      BCA

      in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (freshers can also apply).
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in technical support

      is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Fresh graduates( BE, BTECH, BCA )with strong technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Familiarity with networking concepts (optional, but a plus).
    • Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac) and office applications.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on solving customer issues efficiently.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers.
