Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate international banking transactions, including remittances, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchanges.
Review, verify, and input customer and transaction data with a high level of accuracy.
Respond to queries and resolve discrepancies via email or internal systems.
Ensure compliance with international banking standards and internal procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and quality control purposes.
Adhere to data privacy and banking security guidelines.
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks as set by the team.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce or Finance-related field).
Typing Speed:
Minimum 3540 WPM with high accuracy.
Communication:
Strong written communication skills in English.
