Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls or emails/chats from international customers.
  • Resolve queries related to products, orders, payments, or services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    • Minimum qualification:

      Any Graduate (except BE, BTech, MSc, MBA, BSc freshers)

    • Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible.
  • Experience:

    • 02 years in a customer service or BPO role preferred.
    • Freshers eligible (except for disqualified degrees listed above).
  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
