Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls or emails/chats from international customers.
Resolve queries related to products, orders, payments, or services.
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum qualification:
Any Graduate (except BE, BTech, MSc, MBA, BSc freshers)
Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible.

Experience:

02 years in a customer service or BPO role preferred.
Freshers eligible (except for disqualified degrees listed above).

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
