Firmware Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Firmware Test Engineer with over 6 years of experience in Python test automation for embedded systems. As a Firmware Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python & PyTest, designing and executing test cases for embedded firmware and communication protocols, working with RTOS-based systems such as Zephyr, and collaborating with developers to debug and resolve issues for ensuring high-quality firmware performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python & PyTest. - Design & execute test cases for embedded firmware and communication protocols. - Work with RTOS-based systems (Zephyr or similar). - Debug, identify issues, and collaborate with developers for resolution. - Utilize Jira & Confluence for test management & documentation. Required Skills: - 6+ years in Python test automation for embedded firmware. - Expertise in PyTest, RTOS (Zephyr or similar). - Strong knowledge of embedded systems & communication protocols. - Experience with Linux platforms (preferred). - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Git. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines & Agile development (preferred). Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. - Relevant certifications in testing or automation are a plus.
