Job Description

Finishing Supervisor / Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise finishing works including painting, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, joinery, aluminum/glass works, waterproofing, and interiors.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, material approvals, and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and quality checks before handover.
  • Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and quality records.
  • Optimize manpower, materials, and resources to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards at site.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 

    15 years of experience

     with a reputed 

    developer, contracting company, or interior firm

    .
  • Strong knowledge of finishing works, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors simultaneously.
