Finishing Engineer- Construction

Responsible for manages and supervises all interior and exterior finishing works, ensuring high quality, adherence to architectural drawings/specs, and timely project completion within budget, handling tasks from masonry, tiling, painting, false ceilings, waterproofing, to facade works, while coordinating with architects, contractors, and managing materials and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily finishing activities like plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, waterproofing, and cladding.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations through regular inspections and audits.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop work schedules, plan manpower, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Material Management: Coordinate material procurement, manage inventory, and ensure quality of received materials.
• Technical Expertise: Interpret drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and specifications, providing technical guidance and resolving site issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
