FINISHING ENGG (CIVIL)

• Supervise and execute all finishing works including:
• Masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, stone cladding, false ceiling, and façade work
• Installation of doors, windows, sanitary fittings, and waterproofing
• Review and interpret architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requirement forecasts, and work schedules.
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow with minimal delays.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of finishing materials.
• Maintain documentation for inspections, approvals, and handovers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering

  or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in finishing works in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of

  interior finishing materials

  , techniques, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and using project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Location- RAJNANDGAON

Exe.- 3 to 7 Years

Residential and commercial project exe is compulsory.
