Job Description

The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for fulfilling leads and prospecting new business from the salary segment of bank partners to close Protection and Annuity business. The key responsibilities include lead generation during account opening or service calls, establishing and strengthening relationships with Cluster heads and staff, participating in work site activities, engaging with HNI clients for one-on-one selling, closing sales, increasing customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions, and driving Reward and Recognition programs for bank staff. Additionally, regular training of bank staff on Annuity and Protection plans of Max Life is required. Success in this role will be measured by Adjusted MFYP (Modal First Year Premium), the number of policies sold, and managing business leakage including cancellations. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of insurance experience. Good communication skills in English and regional language are mandatory. The preferred age group for this role is 21-28 years, and owning conveyance is desirable.,
