Financial Reporting Consultant

You have been tasked by BNC to recruit a Financial Reporting Consultant for an Automobile Manufacturing client located in Gurugram. As the Financial Reporting Consultant, your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP). - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. - Ensure adherence to statutory and internal reporting timelines. - Perform variance analysis and prepare reports for management review. - Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. - Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting and compliance functions. The qualifications required for this role are: - Chartered Accountant (CA) without IFRS exposure but with strong financial reporting background. - 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in INDAS Financial Reporting. - Immediate joiners will be prioritized and considered for permanent roles. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
