Financial & Regulatory Reporting - Product Development Associate

In this role as a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Securities Services Product Development Financial and Regulatory Reporting team, you will play a key role in enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Your primary responsibilities will include partnering closely with Securities Services teams, clients, and internal business partners to support and grow product offerings. You will also engage in designing and implementing the strategic roadmap for Financial Reporting Product Development and provide project management for various new and ongoing financial reporting projects. Communication of project progress, facilitation of technology delivery aligned with the strategic roadmap, and building strong working relationships with stakeholders will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with Securities Services teams, clients, and internal business partners - Design and implement the strategic roadmap for Financial Reporting Product Development - Provide project management for new and ongoing financial reporting projects - Communicate project progress with all levels of the organization - Facilitate the delivery of robust, scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current operational models and associated priorities - Build working relationships with stakeholders across multiple lines of business Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or a relevant domain area - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights - Program management experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies - Strong execution skills, strategic thinking, and accountability - Comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments - Strong written and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and Project The ideal candidate for this role would have developed knowledge of the product development life cycle, client-facing experience, and experience working with technology and operations teams.,
