Job Description

  • 1. Sales Performance and Target Achievement
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for assigned financial products
  • Primary focus on credit cards with additional banking and financial products as assigned
  • Drive quality sales leading to approvals and payouts
  • Maintain consistent performance across products

2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition

  • Generate self sourced leads through open market field activities
  • Approach customers in residential societies, offices, corporates and public locations
  • Build referral network to generate repeat business
  • Convert leads into successful product sales

3. Product Pitching and Customer Advisory

  • Explain features, benefits, fees and eligibility of financial products clearly
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer profile
  • Maintain transparent and ethical selling practices
  • Handle objections and close sales professionally

4. Documentation and Eligibility Verification

  • Collect complete and correct KYC and income documents
  • Verify customer eligibility as per bank and DSA guidelines
  • Ensure zero fake, incorrect or manipulated documentation
  • Follow compliance, regulatory and internal processes

5. Follow Ups and Case Tracking

  • Follow up with customers for pending documents and verifications
  • Track application status until approval or rejection
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth case processing

6. Field Activity and Market Coverage

  • Conduct daily field visits in assigned areas
  • Identify high potential locations for financial product sales
  • Maintain strong market presence and visibility

7. Reporting and MIS

  • Submit daily sales and activity MIS
  • Update CRM or tracking systems accurately
  • Share customer feedback and market insights

8. Compliance, Ethics and Brand Representation

  • Follow all bank, RBI and DSA compliance norms
  • Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
  • Represent company and bank brands professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
