Financial Planning Specialist – Equity, MF & Insurance

Financial Consultants / Wealth Advisors

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through calls, references, and meetings
• Promote and advise on Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS & Bonds
• Provide market insights, research reports, IPO & NFO updates to clients
• Cross-sell financial products and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain regular client engagement and ensure retention
• Achieve branch AUM growth and sales targets
• Support promotional activities and assist in closing leads
• Prepare and share daily sales reports

Requirements

• Graduate (NISM-5 preferred)
• 1+ year experience in financial services / sales (freshers with strong communication may also apply)
• Good communication & relationship-building skills
• Passion for financial markets and customer success
  

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives
