Financial Planning OR Paraplanner

As a Paraplanner at AccSource KPO Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to support financial advisers and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. Here is an overview of what you can expect in this position: - Preparation of Financial Plans: - Assist advisers in preparing suitability reports and annual review letters for clients. - Prepare reports and recommendations covering areas such as pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection. - Client Support: - Liaise with financial advisers to understand client objectives. - Gather and analyze client data to ensure recommendations are well-informed. - Research & Analysis: - Conduct detailed investment and pension research to identify suitable financial products and solutions. - Stay updated with changes in financial products, legislation, and compliance requirements. - Administrative Tasks: - Update data and manage documents. - Prepare Letters of Authority (LoAs) and manage provider correspondence. - Compliance: - Ensure all recommendations comply with FCA regulations and company policies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records. - Cashflow Modelling and Financial Projections: - Conduct cash flow analysis and review customers" finances annually. - Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with advisers, administrators, and other paraplanners to ensure smooth client service delivery. - Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Finance. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a UK paraplanning or similar role. - Strong understanding of UK financial products, tax planning, and investment strategies. - Proficiency in financial planning software like Xplan, Intelliflo, Voyant. - Proficiency in research tools such as Selecta, Defacto, O&M Profiler. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance standards. - High level of computer efficiency including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Desirable Qualifications: - Certified Financial Planner status or working towards it through FPSB. - Level 4 Certification in Paraplanning through CII.
