As the FP&A Tower Lead at a top MNC in Bangalore within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, your primary purpose is to oversee the end-to-end delivery of FP&A processes and drive transformational initiatives for the client. Your role involves ensuring operational excellence, adherence to global FP&A standards, and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs. You will also play a key role in translating strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and insights, acting as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **FP&A Process Delivery:** Responsible for delivering all FP&A tasks within agreed quality parameters and timelines. Be an expert in FP&A processes to engage in result-oriented conversations with senior stakeholders. - **Stakeholder Engagement, Coordination, and Change Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for escalations outside the business unit. Proactively coach FP&A stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships with key business stakeholders. - **Outsourced Service Partner Management:** Interface with outsourced FP&A services, ensuring service delivery performance meets standards. Monitor service levels, conduct reviews, and drive corrective actions. - **Transformation & Capability Development:** Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of the FP&A Capability Framework and Operating Model. - **Governance & Commercial Oversight:** Support IBP processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide financial leadership in planning cycles. - **Leadership and Team Development:** Oversee SLA adherence, lead governance forums, and support change control and resource optimization initiatives. - **Team Learning & Development:** Manage, lead, and upskill Analyst Service Providers (ASPs), drive functional training, and implement structured learning programs. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred. CA preferred but not required. **Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required:** - 12-15+ years of finance experience in the manufacturing sector or related field with a cross-functional FP&A skillset. - Strong understanding of CPG FP&A operating model and experience working with outsourced finance partners. - Expertise in FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, IBP, and management reporting. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. - Experience in finance transformation, continuous improvement, and tool adoption. - Commercial acumen, relationship building, and collaboration skills. - Critical thinking, decision-making, and coaching mindset.
