Provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Must have skills : Financial Management, Financial Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run, Variance analysis Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary:As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Your day will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive financial performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead financial planning and analysis activities- Develop financial models and forecasts- Prepare financial reports for management review Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Financial Management Reporting, Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run- Strong understanding of financial analysis principles- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting- Ability to interpret and analyze financial data effectively- Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Management- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
