Must have skills : Oracle Financials Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years plus full education Summary :As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will be responsible for driving performance, conducting strategic analysis, and identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve providing financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization using Oracle Financials. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials. Good To Have Skills:Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial solutions.
