Project Role :Financial Planning & Analysis Representa

Project Role Description :Drive performance, strategic analysis and identification and correction of financial or operational concerns. Provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization.
Must have skills :Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC)

Summary:As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will be responsible for driving performance, conducting strategic analysis, and identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve providing financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) as the primary skill.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive performance.

Identify and correct financial or operational concerns, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC)

Good To Have Skills:Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Strong understanding of financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Experience with financial modeling and reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
