Hiring for Sr Analyst, SME and Assistant Manager shift - 11am-8pm hybrid Team handling experience required for Assistant Manager position What this job involves: You will be part of the Capital Market team and reporting directly to the team head, supporting the commercial real estate business in the form of lease abstraction, loan abstraction, multifamily sizing, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, Argus modeling of all property types. Passion for global real estate Working closely with analysts and stakeholders from various global offices and supporting on the various process within the capital market team. This will help enhance the skill and global real estate knowledge. Team work Working with our leadership and business line heads to support the existing process and new business opportunities. You will be working closely with our team and global offices to leverage existing industry research and pair with external data sources to identify prospects and drive pipeline effectiveness. On top of this, you will also be working with management to improve our processes. Delivering excellent service You will attend meetings with global team members for delivering excellent service which are essential for fostering collaboration, gaining valuable insights, and continuously improving our service offerings. This will enable us to leverage our diverse talent pool, adapt to the real estate market dynamics, and provide exceptional service tailored to the needs of our clients across the globe. 3-10 years of work experience in real estate industry with proficiency in reviewing real estate documents (leases, loan documents, rent rolls, Income statements, appraisals, other third-party reports, etc) and abstracting relevant deal points for financial analysis. Should have people management experience in the past and must have been involved in performance review of the team. Ready to adapt as per the changing requirement of the business. Outstanding computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required. Knowledge of advance excel and financial modeling is a must. Hands on experience on Argus Software would be preferred. Strong quantitative orientation, with knowledge or ability to learn principles necessary in real estate underwriting, including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Time Value of Money, Return on Equity, Debt Returns, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment. Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines.
