As a Financial Analyst at Google, your role is crucial in ensuring sound financial decisions are made within the company. You will be responsible for modeling business scenarios, tracking performance metrics, and providing insightful recommendations to senior management. Your ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on details and identifying creative solutions for overarching challenges will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Model business scenarios and track performance metrics to support strategic decision-making - Lead projects to transform planning, tracking, and control processes - Provide senior management with insightful recommendations, planning, and reporting support Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field - 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or related functions - Experience using SQL and Plx to gather and transform data efficiently - Ability to structure problems, analyze datasets, and make reasonable assumptions to find insights - Strong communication and people skills to collaborate with teammates, business partners, and executive leadership As a Trust & Safety team member at Google, your primary focus will be on identifying and addressing significant challenges related to product safety and integrity. You will leverage technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and user insights to protect users and partners from abuse across various Google products. Working collaboratively with engineers and product managers, you will play a vital role in combating abuse and fraud cases with a sense of urgency and a commitment to promoting trust and user safety. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate fraud and abuse incidents, identify patterns, and generate risk management solutions - Assess product risk and vulnerability, design fraud and abuse mitigation strategies - Participate in on-call rotation schedule for priority escalations outside of standard work hours Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 2 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables - 2 years of experience in data analysis, including trend identification and insight generation - Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (preferred) - Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or C++ (preferred) - Experience with machine learning systems (preferred) - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to optimize, automate, and scale processes to improve workflow efficiency,
