Financial Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis processes.
• Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor key financial metrics and perform variance analysis to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Develop and present financial dashboards and reports to senior management.
• Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities for tax assessments, audits, and related notices.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable tax regulations and statutory requirements, staying updated on changes in tax laws.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to plan and execute audits efficiently.
• Prepare and review audit schedules, financial statements, and all required supporting documentation.
• Oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process, including journal entries, general ledger management, month-end closings, and account reconciliations.
• Supervise the Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle, including vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 5 -7 years of experience in Financial Analysis in Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel
