About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller (Senior Manager) to oversee our

company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial results.

Responsibilities

● Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards - IndAS.

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

● Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.

● Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with various departments.

● Monitor budget vs. actual performance and highlight variances with actionable insights.

● Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).

● Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure the timely completion of audits.

● Manage daily cash flow and working capital requirements.

● Optimize fund utilization and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

● Strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.

● Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

● A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

● Prior work, e.g., with Big4 preferred.

● Prior working experience with Ind AS financial and audit closing with Big 4 auditors.

● Up to 7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

● Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

● Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

● Prior work, e.g., with Big 4.

● Working exposure with Ind AS accounting and reporting
