Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: May 28, 2025 Bangalore, India, 560064 Who we are How you ll spend your day Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, updating projections based on actual performance and changing business conditions Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends Provide variance analysis and explanations for budget vs. actual performance Develop and maintain financial models and analysis Support the development and implementation of new BI Dashboard tools Business Support: Act as the primary finance contact for operational functions, providing financial guidance and support Partner with operational managers to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process optimization Support TGO (Teva Global Operations) systems and dashboards reporting Enhance and implement streamlined reporting processes Lead the consolidation and reconciliation process of operational efficiency initiatives Data Collection and Consolidation: Collect data from various systems and stakeholders across the company Develop and maintain data consolidation models and analysis files Support ad-hoc data requests and ensure data accuracy Presentations and Communication: Prepare insightful presentations and summary reports for senior management Communicate financial insights and analyses to various team members and stakeholders Functional Budgets: Assist in planning, uploading, and tracking functional spend for relevant global functions Collect data from stakeholders, analyze, and consolidate Work with accounting to track and plan accruals, allocations, and other charges between units Your experience and qualifications CMA/CA/MBA is Must Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in FPA Solid accounting or finance analytical background a must Budget/PL management a must Fluent verbal and written communication in English a must Experience as finance business partner or cooperation with global finance team is a strong plus Knowledge of Hyperion planning, SAP and Qliksense/Qlickview - is a strong plus Manager Financial Operations Already Working @TEVA The internal career site is available from your home network as well.
