Financial Analyst- US Mortgage Underwriting

As an Underwriting Operations team member for a US rental-tech company, your role will involve evaluating rental applications, ensuring process accuracy and compliance, maintaining records, identifying process gaps, and meeting quality and turnaround targets. You will need to have at least 4 years of experience in BPO/KPO operations, preferably in BFSI/Mortgage/Risk sectors, excellent written English and documentation skills, proficiency with workflow tools or CRMs, and be comfortable with night shifts and structured, target-based work. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate rental applications and verify supporting data. - Maintain process accuracy and compliance with SOPs. - Record findings, communicate updates, and coordinate case closures. - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements. - Meet daily quality and turnaround targets.
