Financial Analyst

As a Record to Report (R2R) Specialist based in Mysuru, working in a US Shift on a full-time basis from the office, your primary responsibility will be managing end-to-end financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls while collaborating closely with global finance teams. Your key responsibilities will include performing general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP/IFRS, preparing and analyzing balance sheet and P&L statements, supporting audit processes, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to drive efficiency in R2R processes through automation and best practices. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in R2R, general ledger, or financial reporting, possess a strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and accounting principles, demonstrate proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar), exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
