Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper credit assignment to clients across all company ventures and divisions
Develop and maintain financial models to monitor the growth and performance of each business unit Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Support underwriting of new ventures with detailed risk assessments and projections Partner with division heads to ensure alignment between financial health and business goals Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for executive leadership Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning across ventures Identify process improvements to enhance financial tracking and reporting

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, credit risk, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of credit risk, financial modeling, and business performance tracking
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (financial models, pivot tables, macros)
• Experience with financial systems (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly
• High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive mindset
