i. Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, segmented by both division and individual project, to ensure granular visibility into performance.
ii. Conduct periodic variance analysis specifically regarding project-level billing and collections to identify and address discrepancies.
iii. Analyze and reconcile the sources and application of funds for each division.
i. Summarize and reconcile consolidated accounts receivable for the entire organization on a monthly basis.
ii. Monitor the status of pending Direct and Indirect Tax cases, actively tracking progress to ensure timely resolution and closure.
iii. Execute ad-hoc financial tasks and miscellaneous projects as assigned by management to support broader business objectives.
