Financial Analyst

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Analyst who will support in IPO preparedness, data analytics, management reporting, and financial governance. Your role involves collaborating with Finance, Legal, HR, and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data flow across IPO and post-IPO workstreams. You will be responsible for coordinating IPO data, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance post-IPO. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in compiling and validating data for DRHP, RHP, SEBI queries, and financial models. - Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide accurate data to merchant bankers, auditors, and legal teams. - Supporting investor deck preparation data and ensuring alignment of financial KPIs, capex data, and historical trends. - Preparing data for monthly and quarterly financial dashboards covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. - Generating data for business performance, variance, and key ratios. - Developing reports for management reviews and investor presentations using Excel or Power BI. - Ensuring consistency and integrity of data across ERP, Excel models, and MIS tools. - Establishing documentation trails, working files, and review protocols for reporting. - Identifying and supporting automation opportunities in reporting and reconciliation processes. - Assisting in data gathering for preparing quarterly investor updates, financial disclosures, and earnings decks. - Coordinating responses for new compliance and disclosure requirements post-listing. - Maintaining audit-ready documentation and tracking regulatory reporting timelines. Qualifications required for this role: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified with 2 years post-qualification experience. - Experience in financial analysis, MIS data, or IPO due diligence support preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau is a plus. - Strong command of accounting, financial modeling, and data integrity practices. Preferred skills include experience with Power BI and Tableau and knowledge of IPO processes.,
