Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for financial systems within the insurance domain, driving system enhancements and ensuring optimal performance.
• Analyze, design, and implement financial IT systems that align with business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to evaluate and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Conduct periodic system audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support in the integration of systems by preparing accurate data flows and maintaining data integrity.
• Design and deliver training to end-users on new system functionalities and updates.
• Prepare detailed system documentation, updates, and reports to ensure compliance and maintain transparency for stakeholders.
• Monitor trends and emerging technologies in the financial systems and insurance sectors, recommending innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Education

  : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Experience

  : A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial system analysis, with a strong background in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and workflows.
• Understanding of insurance regulatory requirements and finance operational workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, data management tools, and reporting software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting while ensuring timely deliverables.
