Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we re looking to add a Financial Analyst - Finance Centre of Excellence

What a typical day looks like:

knowledge to perform supplier reconciliation periodically.
Maintain supplier master file to align with supplier contact, bank details, payment
term and method.
Regular track on missing items and follow with respective stakeholders to process it
as well as to clear the dispute Invoices\Credit notes.
Respond to email/SNC queries in a timely manner.
Maintaining schedules to track and ensure that vendors are paid on time.
Should possess good communication and presentation skills
Need to do SOX compliance on monthly basis and make sure to uphold metrics.
BAAN ERP knowledge preferred but not compulsory
Hands on MS Office tools (excel, ppt, word, access (great if available) )
Should be process oriented and develop new skill sets such as LEAN office, Six Sigma
Should be able to identify process improvements and help transform them into active
projects
Should give importance to confidentiality and treat finance data with utmost
confidentiality complying with Flex Data protection policy

Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance. Postgraduates in a quantitative discipline (ideally MBA). Experience minimum4 to 7 years.
Assertive communication. Good written and Oral communication skills
Basic understanding of accounting policies and procedures
Good presentation and communication skills
Ability to work closely with the team members and customers
Eagerness and willingness to learn new concepts.
Develop ability to work with cross teams in FCOE and greater GBS finance
Knowledge of US GAAP
