Role & responsibilities

The key job responsibilities include the following:

Receivables & Payables: -

1. Following up on all outstanding invoices and preparing a detailed statement on monthly basis for all the interfirm countries which will be reviewed by Nordics Debitor Team.

2. Preparing monthly reconciliations for all major countries and updating the Debitor team regarding the difference in balance if any.

3. Clearing the credit notes and updating the unallocated amounts to the counterpart.

4. Running weekly reports to identify the invoices which are not sent to interfirm payables and submitting the missing copies.

5. GL clearing for the invoices which are on error.

6. Providing the status of all outstanding payables to interfirm countries and collecting the missing information which is required to process the invoices.

7. Preparing monthly reconciliations for all Nordic countries and updating them regarding the disputes.

8. Approving the expenses which are submitted by Nordic employees by validating the receipts.

9. First level of approval on expenses.

10. Various back-office activities related to AP/AR.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Qualifications

Required:

• Commerce graduate
  
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
  
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables with quick learning skills and Proficiency with MS Office applications
  

Preferred:

• Experience in Finance is must
