Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UK Financial Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, Noida, Alwar, Barodra, and Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Perform financial and commercial due diligence on client transactions.
Advise clients and participate in negotiations.
Liaise with lawyers, accountants, and other professionals to prepare business valuation reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), Chartered Accountant (CA), or ACCA.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with financial software and systems is an advantage.
