Mission

Build and maintain a board-level financial analytics system to support the transition of a performance marketing agency to a B2B SaaS subscription model.

What you’ll do

• Set up data extraction from Xero
• Build data marts for SaaS metrics
• Create dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Organize the scenario modeling process

Requirements

• Proven experience analyzing sales and cost data in B2B SaaS
• 2–5+ years in Revenue Ops, FP&A, financial modeling, or venture capital
• Fluent spoken English

Ideal backgrounds

• Senior RevOps or FP&A analyst responsible for full sales-to-margin reporting
• VC/growth equity analyst with strong modeling skills in B2B SaaS
• Performance marketing analyst with experience in recurring revenue models for B2B SaaS

Contract & Conditions

• Fully remote
• 3-month contract, with a 50% chance of extension
• Growth path to Deputy CFO in 1–2 years if successful
