Mission Build and maintain a board-level financial analytics system to support the transition of a performance marketing agency to a B2B SaaS subscription model. What you’ll do Set up data extraction from Xero Build data marts for SaaS metrics Create dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau Organize the scenario modeling process Requirements Proven experience analyzing sales and cost data in B2B SaaS 2–5+ years in Revenue Ops, FP&A, financial modeling, or venture capital Fluent spoken English Ideal backgrounds Senior RevOps or FP&A analyst responsible for full sales-to-margin reporting VC/growth equity analyst with strong modeling skills in B2B SaaS Performance marketing analyst with experience in recurring revenue models for B2B SaaS Contract & Conditions Fully remote 3-month contract, with a 50% chance of extension Growth path to Deputy CFO in 1–2 years if successful Hiring process Short application form Quiz on SaaS metrics and proportional reasoning One-way video interview: scenario thinking & communication Paid homework assignment ($150, regardless of hiring outcome): Analyze anonymized client data, build a reproducible analytics pipeline, and present a 1-page insight summary Tech stack Xero, BigQuery, dbt
