Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support our team in maintaining updated Excel sheets, tracking inventory records, and preparing basic cashflow statements for U.S.-based companies. Key Responsibilities: Update and manage Excel spreadsheets with financial and inventory data Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movement and current levels Prepare simple monthly cashflow statements Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting Coordinate with U.S.-based teams to gather and validate required information Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and formatting) Basic understanding of inventory and cashflow tracking Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and meeting deadlines - Work from home option shall also be available for few days in month. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
