Profile : Finance Advisor

Exp. : Freshers

Location : Chennai ( Ambit IT Park

Mode : Work form Office ( 5 Days )

Shift : 5: 30 to 3:30 Am F( Fixed Shift )

Role and Responsibilities

Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
Follow up with customers via email and phone for invoice payments
Resolve customer billing discrepancies and queries in a timely manner
Generate and share invoices, account statements, and payment reminders
Maintain accurate records of receivables and customer communications
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve unapplied or short payments
Coordinate with sales, operations, and internal finance teams for issue resolution.
