Role & responsibilities

The Financial Administrator Specialist II is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service that meets service level expectations. The Financial Administrator Specialist works closely with their Team Lead to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. This role is also expected to assist the Team Lead in the supervision of assigned staff and occasionally perform administration tasks related to those staff such as daily timekeeping, performance, and attendance tracking, and provide mentoring to employees

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Receives instruction on work from Team Lead and performs day to day operational activities in a timely manner with minimal errors and completes tasks within process specific TATs and SLAs.

  • Coach and develop the skills and abilities of assigned associates.
  • May assist team leads in managing and calibrating workload of assigned associates.
  • May prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metric reporting.
  • Attends meetings and training sessions for operational topics.
  • Suggest and implement service improvements.
  • Handle projects as assigned by manager.
  • Ability to communicate and escalate issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B Com / MBA or equivalent; 4-7 years related increasing experience in multinational business environments in India.
  • Should have minimum 1 year experience in SAS Reconciliation process.
  • Strong expertise and experience required in the field to set-up and verify various CCT systems such as Gateway, WebIR, SEI, Transtar, saving documents to FileNet, Bridger, Pegasus in compliance with all the governing documents and maintaining the systems during then lifetime of the deal.
