Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant at LabelBlind Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records with the utmost accuracy, transparency, and compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining books of accounts and handling day-to-day accounting operations - Conducting financial Due Diligence of company finances specific to a startup organization - Preparing financial statements and MIS reports - Managing financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow effectively - Ensuring compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations - Supporting both internal and external audits - Engaging in vendor management, procurements, and price negotiations To excel in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting with a strong professional reputation - Proficiency in Tally/ ERP systems and advanced MS Excel - In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and company law compliance - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - High integrity, attention to detail, and reliability While a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is essential, a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
