Finance Transformation - Test Manager

Role Overview: You will join Barclays as a Finance Transformation - Test Manager, where you will contribute to developing business capabilities for Finance through various stages including functional design, data management, end-to-end-process and controls, delivery, and functional testing. Your role will involve spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop expertise in Software Testing Methodologies including test planning, test case design, test execution, and various testing types such as functional, integration, and regression testing. - Manage Defects effectively by tracking and documenting software defects, isolating them, reproducing issues, and maintaining defect management systems. - Engage in Stakeholder Management to inspire and influence a wide stakeholder audience. - Utilize your Change Project Delivery Experience with a minimum of 3 years in a change environment. - Demonstrate proficiency in Data Management by skillfully managing large databases. - Utilize Technical proficiency with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel and JIRA. - Previous experience in Test Management, Business Analyst Role, or Junior Project Manager Role is desirable.
