Finance Transformation Consultant

You will be part of finance transformation projects where you will work as a team member across different phases from assessment to implementation. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of technology-enabled finance transformation engagements in areas such as Powered Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, and Global Business Services. You will be responsible for visioning, designing the target operating model, and implementing Cloud-based ERP technologies like Oracle, D365, SAP, and Workday. Additionally, you will support transformation projects related to Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting using IT solutions like SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, and One Stream. Your experience in Oracle GL, SAP FICO, Blackline, Trintech will be valuable in addressing the challenges facing Finance functions and business partnering. Your self-starting and proactive nature will be essential in producing work products independently and effectively communicating business challenges and proposed solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a team member in finance transformation projects across various phases - Support delivery of technology-enabled finance transformation engagements - Assist in designing the target operating model and implementing Cloud-based ERP technologies - Support transformation projects related to Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting - Utilize your expertise in Oracle GL, SAP FICO, Blackline, Trintech to address Finance function challenges - Independently produce thoughtful work products and deliverables - Clearly articulate business challenges and proposed solutions - Build collaborative relationships with project teams - Support leadership in driving business development and sales pursuits Qualifications Required: - MBA from recognized Tier-1 B-School or Professional qualification such as CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA - 1-5 years of relevant work experience preferably from Big 4 or other consulting firms Location: - Bengaluru or Pune Please note that overseas travel may be involved in this role.,
