Finance trainee

As a Finance Trainer at FinEdvance, your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-impact training sessions on essential financial topics. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct live training sessions and workshops both offline and online covering a wide range of topics including Budgeting, Saving, Investing, Banking, Insurance, Financial Planning, Capital Markets, and Risk Management. - Develop and design training materials such as presentations and worksheets to enhance the learning experience. - Deliver sessions to diverse age groups, including school/college students and young professionals, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention. - Collaborate with educational institutions and corporate partners to implement effective training programs. - Utilize MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to create engaging and informative content for training sessions. - Provide mentorship to students and offer basic career guidance in the field of finance. - Stay abreast of current financial trends, tools, and regulations to ensure the training content is up-to-date and relevant. - Tailor training delivery based on participants" learning levels and feedback to maximize the impact of the sessions. Qualifications & Skills: - Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Education, or related fields (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, B.Ed). - Strong communication and public speaking skills to effectively convey financial concepts to participants. - Demonstrated interest in teaching, training, and mentoring individuals to foster learning and development. - Knowledge of financial concepts, financial planning, and basic accounting principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating training materials. - Prior internship or project experience in finance or training is preferred but not mandatory. - Holding financial certifications like NISM is preferred, although not compulsory.
