Finance Team Lead - F&A

Position Overview: As a Team Lead F&A at Frontline Managed Services, you will oversee the Shared Services Finance team. Your role will involve driving end-to-end activities, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and leading finance operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and process improvement. You will manage a team of analysts, oversee the month-close process, and play a key role in ERP implementation and optimization, specifically NetSuite. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the finance team across multiple F&A functions within Shared Services. - Oversee month-close activities, including scheduling, review of reports, and accuracy of financial statements. - Review and approve journal entries (routine and non-routine, including tax adjustments). - Ensure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards. - Drive NetSuite implementation projects with hands-on involvement in system setup, workflows, and reporting. - Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness and compliance. - Provide financial leadership by analyzing results, preparing variance reports, and supporting strategic decisions. - Mentor and coach team members to build capability, engagement, and growth within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in progress) preferred. - 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with strong exposure to controllership, month-close, and ERP systems. - Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams in a Shared Services or corporate environment. - Expertise in journal entry review, reconciliations, non-routine entries, and financial reporting. - Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements. - Hands-on expertise with NetSuite implementation (mandatory). - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
