Finance Systems Manager

As a Finance Systems Manager at Kynetec, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the financial systems ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include managing and integrating financial data across various systems to ensure accuracy, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of financial systems such as NetSuite, ETL tools, Snowflake, PowerBI, Datarails, and HubSpot. - Ensure seamless integration between financial systems to establish a unified, accurate, and accessible data flow for financial reporting and analysis. - Oversee the design and implementation of ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data between systems. - Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth platform integrations, including CRM (HubSpot) and HR system (Sage People). - Drive the strategy and execution of financial data warehousing and reporting through PowerBI, enabling stakeholders to access real-time, self-service financial insights. - Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial workflows and processes across systems, enhancing efficiency and minimizing manual work. - Act as the primary liaison between finance, IT, and business units to ensure alignment of the finance systems strategy with organizational goals. - Establish and enforce data governance policies across all financial systems to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security. - Lead finance systems projects, including new implementations, system upgrades, and cross-functional integrations, from inception to completion. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience in financial systems management, including NetSuite, ETL tools, Snowflake, PowerBI, Datarails, and HubSpot. - Strong understanding of data management, integration, and reporting processes. - Excellent project management skills with a successful track record of project delivery. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive system improvements and automation. - Knowledge of data governance policies and compliance requirements in financial systems.
