Finance Systems Business Analyst (OneStream)

Role Overview: As a Finance Systems Analyst at KKR, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance team by overseeing master data management across various Finance systems. You will collaborate with both Finance and IT departments to ensure the smooth functioning of financial systems, including testing new system implementations and upgrades. Your responsibilities will also include managing ad-hoc projects, running data packages/reconciliations, and providing systems support to Finance end-users. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee master data management across various Finance systems. - Provide systems support to Finance end-users while coordinating with the Technology team. - Perform testing for new system implementations and existing system upgrades. - Manage ad-hoc projects related to financial systems. - Run data packages and reconciliations across various financial and management systems. Qualifications: - 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. - Experience with consolidation and planning tools like OneStream, SAP BPC, HFM. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with SAP S4 Hana, Oracle PeopleSoft, or equivalent Finance systems is a plus.
