Finance System Administrator

As a Finance System Administrator at Valeo, you will play a crucial role in the administration of the Group's financial reporting systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of tools for monthly, budget, and business plan reporting, involving tasks such as creating packages, consolidation tasks, updating exchange rates table, and scopes, as well as creating new entities. - Providing support to end-users during closing processes by helping them understand and resolve blocking controls. - Coordinating with the hosting service provider to manage incidents like connection issues. - Analyzing and implementing evolution requests, which may include change requests from Management Control, Treasury, or Consolidation teams such as creating new accounts, analysis, and implementing IFRS rules. - Developing and implementing training modules for end-users, with a focus on 1400 users, and conducting training sessions both face to face and online. - Implementing processes and procedures for continuous improvement within the reporting department. - Setting up and managing performance and quality indicators for the Reporting department. - Participating in tool upgrade projects to enhance system efficiency. - Supervising trainees within the team. - Contributing to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the code of Ethics and Valeo's policies.
