Job Description

Role Specifications: Manage and oversee all accounting functions independently, including day-to-day transactions such as bank reconciliations, vendor invoice checking and verification and processing in SAP, and handling customer receipts. Ability to compile and provide necessary details for scrutiny cases , assessments, audit . Oversee and coordinate all banking activities including fund planning, posting payment entries in SAP, Bank Reconciliation, Host to Host Payment in compliance with RERA norms. Maintain and ensure accurate and orderly accounting records. Prepare and file TDS, GST returns, and handle monthly tax payment. Collaborate with tax consultants to address taxation queries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors. Prepare finance-related MIS reports, including cash flow statements, Variance analysis, Dashboards of key financial metrics. Perform hands-on account reconciliations for receivables, payables, as well as vendor and customer reconciliations. Assist the internal audit team with audit procedures and documentation. Manage email and letter correspondences related to accounting matters. Execute other accounting tasks as needed like issuing customer NOC by checking all accounting record. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor of Commerce with over 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Well versed in bookkeeping, daily booking of bill & processing of bank payments, bank Reconciliation etc. Possesses a solid understanding of basic tax regulations including TDS and GST. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP Accounting) & Proficient in MS office. Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, making a significant contribution to financial management and reporting
