As a Finance Specialist in US Accounting at Infojini Inc., located in Thane (Work from Office) with shift timings from 06:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Cab services provided), you will play a crucial role in handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Your primary focus will be on analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flow, and supporting treasury functions while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. You will also be involved in assisting with audits and collaborating closely with teams like Sales and Operations for effective financial planning. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business goals, producing budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and analyzing variances and trends. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, as well as conducting detailed financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and improve profitability. Furthermore, you will monitor and manage cash flow and working capital, maintain banking relationships, and oversee treasury functions including lines of credit, interest, FX exposure, and liquidity. Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls, coordinating audits, and collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors will also be part of your role. In addition, you will supervise finance/accounting staff, provide coaching and performance management, and work cross-functionally with teams like sales, procurement, and operations for budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Identifying and implementing efficiency initiatives in financial processes and systems, maintaining and upgrading ERP/financial software, and standardizing workflows will be essential for process improvement.
