As an accounting professional at Finstein, you will be responsible for various global finance roles. Your role will involve supporting month-end close activities, preparing and reviewing reconciliations and schedules, working on AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets, assisting in management reporting and variance analysis, coordinating with teams to resolve accounting issues, following standard operating procedures, and delivering accurate results. To be considered for this position, you should be a B.Com graduate with 2+ years of accounting experience, or hold an MBA, ICWAI Inter, or CA Inter qualification. You must have a strong understanding of accounting entries and ledgers, the ability to work in evening shifts till 1 AM, good Excel skills, familiarity with accounting systems, clear communication skills, and a keen interest in learning.
