Finance Professional

As an experienced finance professional with expertise in financial modeling and exposure to the infrastructure sector, your role will involve supporting transactions, conducting project finance, and working on valuation assignments. Your responsibilities will include: - Building detailed financial models, conducting scenario analyses, and creating forecasting frameworks with advanced proficiency. - Performing equity valuations, analyzing working capital, and conducting financial feasibility studies using analytical tools and financial metrics. - Handling project-based evaluations in the infrastructure industry, understanding sector-specific financial structures, and managing cash flow dynamics. - Supporting transactions involving project finance, conducting due diligence, and assisting in capital structuring while coordinating with lenders, consultants, and internal stakeholders. - Utilizing working knowledge of treasury operations, overseeing liquidity, and managing FX exposure (preferred but not mandatory). Your qualifications should include being a Chartered Accountant (CA) with approximately 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, transaction support, or project-based financial roles. Additionally, having a professional certification in financial modeling will be a strong advantage. In addition to the above, you should possess strong financial acumen, proficiency in advanced Excel and analytical tools, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment with high attention to detail.,
