Finance Operation Analyst

In this role you will

• Match the Invoices with corresponding purchase orders. Verify the accuracy of invoices, including quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.
• Process non-PO invoices and ensure accuracy of coding and data entry
• Work with various Teams to follow up on pending approval of Invoices
• Responding to internal and external vendor inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
• Manage the SNOW tickets and respond to the AP related enquiries within SLA.
• High level of engagement with business stakeholders to make sure the SLA is maintained, and invoices approvals and payments made on time.
• Proactively escalate issues to the Team lead that requires intervention / clarification
• Assisting with Accounts Payable month end, quarter end closing and audit requests
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to Accounts Payable.

• A bachelor s degree related to accounting/finance or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in P2P (Invoice processing, payment and query resolution.
• Must have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and solution-based approach
• Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
• Advance English and good written and verbal communication skills to interact upward and cross functionally are a must
• Strong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones.

• Experience in BPO industry would be an added advantage.
• Experience working in Oracle Fusion.
